Look for the color red, now look for the color blue. You see what you look for, if you search for the negative you will find negative, if you search for the positive you will find the positive! Go through your day looking for more positives than negatives and see if it changes your day, I think it will!

Parents, it’s always good to talk to your children and make sure they know your code word and why it’s important! 90% of kids who go missing can’t get back to their parents because they don’t know how to reach out or get back home. As scary as that is, all it means is by having your child memorize your phone number and address you give them the tools they need to get back to you safely! So go ahead and practice those things everytime you get in the car or sit down as a family! Have a great day everybody and we will see you on the mats!
