Turns out my ribs decided to go rogue. Slipping Rib Syndrome + an intercostal muscle tear = a whole lot of "do as I say, not as I do." I’m currently on a steady diet of rom-coms and meds with zero physical exertion allowed.
If you see me at the gym, I’ll be the one coaching strictly from the sidelines. Appreciate the love and patience while I heal up! ✨

I want to be transparent.
At the beginning of this year, life hit me harder than I expected. There were moments that tested me mentally and emotionally, and for a second… I questioned everything. I felt discouraged. I felt tired. I even thought about stepping back.
But then I remembered who I am.
I’m not someone who quits when it gets uncomfortable. I’m not someone who lets a hard season define the ending. I regrouped. I reset. And I decided I’m built for this.
My original show date might shift — and that’s okay. The goal hasn’t changed. The fire hasn’t changed. I’m still coming.
Even in these videos, I see the water retention, the inflammation, the little things that try to get in my head. But growth isn’t always glamorous. Progress isn’t always perfectly timed. And discipline isn’t about perfection — it’s about continuing anyway.
This is me continuing.
