WCHS Archery Pictures – Discount Extended

Families,

The WCHS Archery pictures will not be ready in time for the original discount deadline. I have spoken with David from Carter Extreme, and the photos will be available for purchase on Monday, May 18th. The discounted pricing will now be extended through Thursday, May 21st.

Great performance in the 2026 Eastern Nationals by the ArrowJackets last weekend! 🔥🎯🏹

Bullseye 🎯: Season high score 3293!

5 +280 scores! 🔥 Lucy Anderson (285), Ali Lawson (284), Moose Klacik (283), Audrey Hanley (Personal Best-282) and Elan Brown (Personal Best-281)

Also with 🎯 personal best: Aiden Kyle (269) and Brantley Cheek (267)

3D 🦌: School record score 1674!! 🏆

Archers and Parents,

Just a reminder that team and individual archery pictures will be taken tonight, Wednesday, May 13th, at 6:45 PM in the OLD High School gym.

Archers should wear tournament attire and bring their bows and arrows, as they will be used for individual photos.

This is not a practice. Team and group photos will be taken first, followed by individual pictures. Once your archer has completed their individual photo, they are free to leave.

Photo package information is included below, and hard copies will also be available this evening. Once pictures are edited and ready for purchase, that information will be sent out.

2026 NASP OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP – BULLSEYE / 3D - DAYTONA BEACH FL - PLEASE READ COMPLETELY

First of all, thank you to everyone for who helped make last night’s archery banquet such a success! We love seeing all of you and enjoying time together celebrating our amazing archers!

We cannot do this without all of you supporting us! So, thank you again from the entire staff!

Now, with that said, we are still not finished……..

The NASP Open Championship will occur this year in Dayton Beach FL, and we would like to poll interest on sending a team or individuals to the tournament.

There are several options to get in the tournament:

We achieved the needed team qualifying scores at Eastern Nationals in both bullseye and 3D

Option #1 – Send a team(s). A team must consist of 4 male, 4 female and 4 other.

Option #2 – Individuals achieve qualifying score in Eastern Nationals (see qualifying info link below)

Option #3 – Unqualified individuals can participate but have secondary flight assignment.

We have preregistered for both tournaments and MUST HAVE an answer back by no later than 8 PM this Saturday, May 16th if committed as registration Opens Monday, June 18th for Bullseye and Wednesday, May 20th for 3D.

If committed numbers are sufficient coaches will then decide whether to proceed.

Final drop dates for both tournaments is June 21st

PLEASE REPLY via PARENT SQUARE IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF SAME POSTING

Unfortunately, the registration fee for this tournament will have to be covered by each individual archer as we have exhausted our budget registration funds. Each tournament fee is $35.

If interest is there we can later look to discuss and share local lodging options, etc as a separate group. (Typically this will be set up a text group)

We are pleased to invite you to our Year-End, 2025-2026 WCHS Archery Banquet, where we will celebrate the accomplishments of our team and recognize the hard work and dedication of our archers.

Meat, bread, drinks and paper products will be furnished. We kindly ask that everyone RSVP and sign-up to bring at least one food item, by Friday, May 8th.
