This year’s Harvest Moon rises alongside a rare Black Moon, creating an extraordinary evening sky. Under this soft lunar glow, you’re invited to drift into pure stillness during a candlelit floating sound bath designed for deep relaxation.

The dock will be lined with candles, welcoming you into a serene waterscape. You’ll settle onto a paddle board, gently rocking as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes create calming waves of sound. The moon above and the water below work together to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance.

What to Expect:
- A peaceful, candlelit dockside setting
- Floating on your own paddle board (provided)

Being outside on a stand-up paddle board in the salty ocean, with the setting sun and rising full moon, offers a unique blend of tranquility and inspiration. The rhythmic movement of the water beneath you creates a serene environment, allowing for deep reflection and the release of patterns and behaviors that no longer serve your well-being. As you float, the experience of receiving a floating sound bath-encompassing the harmonious tones of crystal sound bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, wind gongs, ocean drums, buffalo drums, chimes, and more-enhances this meditative journey.

The gentle vibrations of these instruments wash over you, inviting a sense of renewal and deeper relaxation. This peaceful setting opens subtle energetic fields, making space to connect with your higher purpose and creativity. We are here to improve your knowledge when it comes to water safety and getting around on the water on your board.

Things we will cover:
- weather/ wind conditions
- how to size a paddle
- how to hold a paddle (believe it or not, we see people all the time holding
them the opposite way)
- how to get on and off the board from the dock
- how to paddle
- how to turn
- how to stop
- water way consciousness
- how to get up to standing and how to get back down
- difference between fiberglass, carbon fiber and inflatables
- board volume verses body volume and skills

We will take off for a little tour afterwards and put the skills to the test :)

All of that for $50 :)

Ready to take your practice to the water?

People ask me all the time, if they will fall in the water.

Well, that is where the real yoga happens:
- Let your ego go!
- Stay present!
- Do not compare yourself!
- Accept where you are at!

If you allow yourself to apply all of these rules, you will stay on the board 😎

The “worst” scenario we had was a student that had never paddled, never done yoga and was terrified of water. She did NOT get wet.
