Wooooo! What a weekend Nationals! I had so much fun (well maybe not on those 135lb farmer’s carry’s or 60lb 2.1 mile portion of that ruck .mizell ). 🤪

Thank you to the community of people - volunteers, battle bosses, organizers, shooters, athletes, supporters, friends and vendors - for making it happen! I’m in awe of the amazing people we have met over the last 5 months of these events!

This 37yr old momma is headed home super proud, bruised, sore, scraped, and exhausted. I did things I have never done or even thought I would do - epic!

Off season starts today. Rest. Recover.
