Just another reminder that this little thing we built is about way more than pickleball.

DHD rookie Billy Cundiff is very active in a program that does some truly meaningful work, and while we will definitely miss him tonight for our last regular-season week of DHD Summer Nights Fantasy League, this is one of those times where the mission is bigger than the matchups.

Pickleball is fun. Community is the point.

Great job, Billy. Proud to have you as part of DHD. 👏

Now go do good things… and we’ll try not to blow the playoff seeding without you. 😂

🔥PALOOZA II IS OFFICIALLY ON THE BOOK🔥

After the absolute smashing success of Pickleball Palooza I, we are back and ready to make Palooza II even bigger, better, louder, and more meaningful.

This incredible three-day pickleball event will raise money for the South Jersey Avengers, a brand-new program helping kids and adults with disabilities compete in pickleball, bowling, bocce, and co****le — with the goal of building community, creating opportunities, and helping athletes pursue their dreams of qualifying for the Special Olympics.

And after yesterday’s epic performance by so many DHD players at Betterment, it feels like the perfect time to start planning, strategizing, talking smack responsibly, and locking in those partners for one of the best fundraiser tournaments of the year.

A few small format changes this time around: brackets will be limited to 10 teams, so do not wait too long. Find your partner, pick your bracket, and get registered early.

This is more than just a tournament. It is a chance to compete, support an incredible cause, and help build something special for athletes and families across South Jersey.

Let’s pack the courts.
