5 AM officially became a thing as of this morning! 🙏

Turns out, getting up early and getting our workout done first thing is actually awesome! We have plenty of room for new gym friends, come try a FREE class!

➡️We officially start our 5 AM classes tomorrow, Monday June 1st.

These classes will be every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00-5:45.

Full body strength training 💪 $10 drop in or $60 for an entire month of unlimited classes.

A few of my non-negotiables 👇

• Waking up and having a glass of water before I ever have coffee
• Getting at least 64 oz of water per day
• At a very bare minimum, 7 hours of sleep per night 😴
• Some form of strength training at least 2x per week
• Some form of short burst cardio at least 1x per week
• Going outside for at least 20 minutes before I ever get on my phone ☀️
• 100g of protein per day minimum
• At least 2 full plates of veggies every day 🥦

These are some of the habits that help me feel my best physically and mentally. 💪🌱

What an incredible turnout for our second annual Murph Challenge today. 🇺🇸❤️💙

So proud of every single person who showed up, pushed themselves, encouraged others, and gave it their all. From first-timers to seasoned athletes, the energy in the gym was unmatched. Nobody was left behind today.

Every rep, every mile, every cheer mattered. 👏
One of the best parts of the day was watching this community rally around each other. Teammates became encouragers, strangers became friends, and every finish line was celebrated. We didn’t just honor the workout today. We honored sacrifice, perseverance, unity, and heart.

A huge shoutout to all of our participants, volunteers, supporters, and our amazing Murph Minis who showed us that healthy habits and hard work start young. Watching these kiddos follow in their parents’ footsteps was something special. 💪

Thank you all for making this event bigger and better every single year. Power Fit ETX is more than a gym. It’s a family. ❤️
