THEY DID IT!!

It's been a long time coming and well overdue!!

These girls have worked hard. New players have learned alot. Additions to the team from last year have learned to work with those from the previous season. The captains have taken on their roles willingly and they make sure the work is being done.

When they started weeding out their own wants and putting the betterment of the team first, they started to see things falling into place. The culture started shifting, the game became fun again and the team became....a family!

Last night all the frustrations from all the repetitive drill after drill after drill, all the early mornings and hot afternoons, and all the "extras" done behind the scenes and in the off-season finally showed their dividends.

It's a stepping stone in what we see for the program and the plans we have always had for it. I can promise it has not been easy. But I can also promise... WE AREN'T DONE!

Just a friendly reminder that FREE physicals will be offered during the school day on April 30th!! Don't wait for your fall sports coach to harp on you to get them done!
