Just wanted to let everyone know it’s that time of year again, we will have our booster club meeting at or around 6:30 ish this coming Monday after the back to school fair. For those in attendance you will need to pay your membership fees to be able to vote on officers. The agenda will be elect new officers, President, Vice President, and secretary treasurer. And then the minutes from the last meeting and fund balance report as well as go over ad prices. Hope to see you there.

If you have not yet become a booster club member, we will have a table set up tonight in the gym lobby. To be a member is $10 to have a membership that gets you into all home games except tournaments it is $40 and this is for each person that signs up. So if you want 2 single memberships it would be $20 if you want 2 get into game memberships it would be $80. This will also get you into the spring baseball ⚾️ and softball 🥎 games as well. Shown presenting this years Booster Program club program winner is Laura Crumpton, Kalynna Flowers design winner and Secretary/Treasurer Ashley DeWolf. Kalynna was given a $75 gift card by the Van Buren booster Club.

Due to the Bulldogs baseball team playing in the conference championship this evening we are moving the Booster Club meeting to tomorrow evening at 5:30 so that everyone that wants to can go cheer on the Bulldogs. Thank You

There will be a Booster Club meeting this Thursday evening at 6:30 if you are not yet a member this would be a great opportunity for you to join. We will recognize our program cover winner, as well as other business. Here are the minutes from the last meeting.

Your new Board Members are: Don Ricker, president, Laura Chilton Crumpton, Vice Chair and Ashley Dewolf, Secretary-Treasurer.
It is time to renew your Membership please see one of them. Also, it is time to purchase Ads for our programs. This is our biggest money maker for the Booster Club, please help us to be able to help our students. The Booster Club helps sports and academics. Become a member and you can help us vote what this money is being used for.
