Took a short social media break but we were not slowing down. Things look a little bit different now but in 2026 we are focusing on moving our bodies every single day (no matter what that looks like) and prioritizing nutrition to fuel our bodies. Recently, moving my body has looked like lower weights and higher reps, even if that means body weight only. We are pushing forward in whatever way we can! Here's to a beautiful, healthy, and prosperous 2026!

Here's why filming your lifts is important....

These videos were taken one week apart with the exact same weights and reps as the prior sets. In both clips, i have 295lbs on the bar.

By filming, I was able to identify where I went wrong and then fix it the following week, leading to a new lifetime personal record for my deadlift.
