A huge congratulations to SR MIF Clint Lemmons on his commitment to NCAA D2 Purdue Northwest!!

We could not be more proud of Clint and are so excited for him and his family! We cannot wait to see what he will do in his senior year and beyond. Clint is the 6th Cherokee to commit to play at the next level since 2024 and the 3rd commit in the class of 2027.

Clint has been a 3 year starter for the Cherokees, starting every game since his FR year and every game in his SO/JR years as Shortstop. Clint was named to the All-Conference Team as a JR and was also named to the IHSBCA HM All-State team in 2026! He was also HM-All Area in 2026. In 2026, Clint was named Team MVP and also has won the Mental Attitude award 2 years in a row.

In his career so far, Clint has collected 76 hits, 40 RBIs, and 23 XBH including 14 2B and 8 3B. He holds the MT single season record with 7 triples, which he accomplished in 2026. He is an extremely hard worker and an incredible human being to boot!

We believe this is a great program and excellent fit for Clint, we cannot wait to see him show out!!! Stay tuned for an upcoming signing day party for all 3 of our college commits!

In a pivotal Game 3, Caleb started on the mound and fired 3 hitless innings with 5 Ks, while also going 2 for 2 with 2 doubles driving in 1 and scoring a run. In Game 2, Caleb hit a 3 run HR in the eventual W and also threw 2 innings. He led the team in hits, RBIs, and tied in runs scored. He also led the team in innings pitched, Ks, and picked up a W! Caleb played excellent defense in LF/CF to top it all off.

Tied at 3 going into the 7th via some clutch pitching performances from Clint Lemmons, Adam Parsons and Christian Freyenberger, Team Clint was able to scratch a run across on a WP that scored Oliver Watkins to give them a 4-3 lead.
