From our family to yours, we want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Midwest Martial Arts will be closed this year from Dec 22nd to Jan 5th to spend time with family for the holidays and do some dojo maintenance.

We look forward to a strong 2026. We have a lot planned and we are excited to see everyone after the new year!

Looking for a fun and meaningful activity that helps your child grow? Our Youth Martial Arts program is more than just kicks and punches—it’s about building strong minds, kind hearts, and future leaders.

Led by Master Chris Haleva, 5th-degree black belt and head instructor of Midwest Martial Arts, our classes create a safe, supportive, and family-friendly environment where kids ages 4–13 can thrive.

What your child will gain:
-Confidence to speak up and stand tall
-Leadership through responsibility & teamwork
-Respect for themselves and others
-Age-appropriate Self-defense & safety skills
-Better focus, coordination & fitness

Classes start this November at the Duneland YMCA Healthy Living Campus.
