🔈COACH SPOTLIGHT🔈

Next up in our coach spotlight series is Zoe Lycett!

Zoe graduated from Susquehanna University in 2016, where she was a captain and 4-year starter, playing 68 games and starting 54 as a defender. Zoe had 102 ground balls and 60 caused turnovers, landing 2nd on the squad for both in 2015 and leading the team in caused turnovers in 2016. 🎖She received 1st Team All-Conference honors in 2016, 2nd Team All-Conference honors in 2015, and was a member of the All-Boardwalk Region 2nd Team in 2016. Additionally, she earned the Sportsmanship award in both her junior and senior year. During her 4 years at Susquehanna, the team reached their conference championship 3 times, winning in 2013. 🏆 The team had 2 NCAA appearances and boasted an undefeated conference season Zoe’s freshman year, when she started 16 of their 18 games.

Zoe has spent 7 years coaching lacrosse, previously coaching for 380 lacrosse club. She has been an assistant coach at Southern Lehigh High School since 2018, where she earned a 42-5 record coaching the JV squad, which had 2 undefeated seasons. The Southern Lehigh Spartans saw the District Championship in all 3 seasons Zoe was there, winning the most recent in 2021.

Zoe recently bought a house in Easton, PA, with her fiancé. They share their new home with their dog, Shoresy🐶, and cat🐱, Lafonda.

Zoe will primarily be working with our 2026-2027 players.

🔈COACH SPOTLIGHT 🔈

First up in our coach spotlight series is Laura Dunne!

Laura played at Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University) for 4 years, graduating in 2019, and received her masters from Jefferson University in 2020. A 2-time team captain, at Philadelphia University, Laura was a 4 year starter, playing 65 games on the attacking end. She had 89 goals, 77 assists and 59 ground balls. Laura scored a career high of 12 ❗️points in a single game as a sophomore, notching 5 goals and 7 assists. In her four years, she helped Philadelphia University to three of their conference CACC Championship games, winning one and placing 2nd in the others. She received conference honors of second team in 2016 and was a 2-time CACC Rookie of the Week. Rewarded for her efforts off of the field, Laura earned a spot on the CACC All-Academic Team in 2018, received CACC All-Academic Honors in 2019, and was on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll in 2016.

Laura is a 2015 graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School, where she was a captain, 3-year varsity player, and 2015 All PAC-10 Honorable Mention. She received the 2015 Citizen Athlete Award and PAC-10 Academic Award.

Laura currently works as a Physician’s Assistant for Crozer Health. She loves to work with kids and is incredibly excited to help them learn and excel at the game she loves! She also has a golden doodle named Riley. 🐶

Laura will primarily be working with our 2026-2029 players. Welcome Laura!

We have a lot of exciting updates!

Our June 30th clinic had 50+ girls turn out for a great night of giveaways, prizes, and some quality, fun lacrosse. We have 60+ signed up for our next 2, so don't miss out on an amazing local opportunity and register at our website now!

After receiving interest for older age groups, we are now offering another FREE clinic for girls going into 7th and 8th grade (graduating years of 2026 and 2027). Due to this interest, we are planning to offer fall and summer club teams for these age groups. Register for this free clinic on our website.

Finally, tryout registration for fall 2021 and/or summer 2022 teams for all age groups is now open! Tryouts will be held on July 28th and August 3rd. Learn more about our fall and summer offerings at the Teams pages on our website.

🤩CLINIC STAFF SPOTLIGHT🤩

Sarah Platt, SJU defender and transfer from University of Virginia, with advice for young lacrosse players. Sarah started 43 games for the Hawks, earning 2021 A10 Second Team honors and 2019 Rookie Team honors. 🤩CLINIC STAFF SPOTLIGHT🤩

Some attacking advice from the 2021 Atlantic-10 co-offensive player of the year, Steph Kelly! She holds the all-time assist and single season points record at Saint Joseph’s, led the A10 in points and assists per game, finished ranked 10th nationally in NCAA Division I points and assists for the 2021 season, and was also a member of the Australian National Team.
