It happens more than you think. Someone says that somethings in “good condition” and I open it and “WTF?!!” Comes out my mouth. This is that tweed. Keep it, sell it, make cushion covers I don’t care because I’m legitimately getting pi**ed at the lack of attention and ultimately losing money out my arse on items because folks can’t describe accurately.
Mid weight vintage single vented with modesty flap size 38” Matlock & Brown.
Pro’s-super colorway. Three tones of blue and a hint of grey. Grey velvet collar. Definitely shows more blue in person.
Con’s. Faint dingy marks, mostly at cuffs and on the back. Inside lighting you can barely see it. Possibly can be dry cleaned out or soaked at home. Rusty Mark at back of velvet collar. Biggest issue is a Repair patch near the pit. Not going to lie I didn’t spot it at first. Pretty damn genius taking cuff material and fixing whatever’s underneath. That being said now there is no play in the cuffs to lengthen.
So if the measurements align to you, you want a blue tweed or are on a budget this is perfect.
I’m going to say it one last time. NOT perfect condition, I will NOT take it back. Sold so you can do whatever with it 🤷🏼♀️
