Many of our swimmers provide lifeguard services during practice and work for the VC Rec. Thank you to all who serve our club as lifeguards. We couldn’t compete without you!

A lot of kiddos made a goal of “learn fly” this summer. Have them watch this tutorial a few times. We had fun working on fly fundamentals this morning - dolphin kicks with stream line moving into arm placement.

Thank you to our gracious meet hosts the Haysville Piranhas. You ran a smooth, fun and efficient meet.
