Tonight at the facility, an incident occurred that does not reflect the standards we uphold.
At Rep It Out, we are committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all—especially the young athletes and families we serve. I do not condone inappropriate language or any form of yelling in front of children. That behavior is unacceptable and not aligned with our values.
I sincerely apologize to our clients and their children who had to witness this. We take situations like this seriously and will continue to reinforce the standards that make our facility a place built on respect, development, and community.

ATTENTION 💥💥
Julian Deon Williams, Sr. is a former professional baseball player and current coach from Riverside, California. Drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies out of high school and later by the St. Louis Cardinals, he spent six seasons in the Phillies organization, highlighted by a South Atlantic League Championship with the Lakewood BlueClaws and a 55-game on-base streak in 2006.
A multi-sport athlete, Williams also earned Conference MVP and Division II Player of the Year honors in football during high school. Following his playing career, he transitioned into coaching and mentorship, training youth athletes and leading teams to tournament championships. He remains active in competition, earning Redwood Empire Baseball League MVP honors from 2021,2022,2023 2025, &2026.
