The JV/MS Spartan baseball team were able to attend the Florida/Texas A&M baseball game this past Sunday. The boys were able to watch warm-ups, bullpens, and how these high level athletes prepare themselves to play. The boys had a blast! Hopefully we will be able to do it again!

The Spartans finished out the last couple weeks with a 1-3 record.
10-6 loss to Corinth Christian
A pair of walk off losses against Georgia Christian at scores of 3-2 and 8-7.
A win in the final game of the year over Open Bible by a score of 21-5.

To say this team grew up this year is an understatement. You have to when playing against mostly varsity teams. This first year JV team played through bumps and bruises and plenty of ups and downs. We are on the right track with plenty of bright spots to see. We look ahead to what should be a great offseason. Plenty of work to do.

Congrats to the team on a solid win last night! Shout out to Jacks Thomas on a great pitching performance - only 1 hit given up and only 75 pitches thrown.
Kendall Franklin, Caleb Gaskins, Trenton Bishop, and Daelan Courson were all big at the plate with 2 hits a piece.
Final week of the season is here! Hope to finish out strong!

The baseball team had an absolute BLAST at the Miracle League tonight. It was a pleasure meeting everyone involved, and the kids were AWESOME. Shout out to Taylor Jordan (SCA Softball Coach) who works with the Miracle League for giving us the opportunity to participate. We look forward to doing it again in the future!

Update on first couple weeks - not the results we want, but there have been MANY positive things out of this group.
The latest two games have seen us staying right there with teams and just losing steam late. Well pitched games by Brayden Harrison against Corinth and Akai Taylor against Fullington.
The boys are taking the challenge against these varsity teams and not backing down.
Y’all keep up with us. It’s a scrappy bunch we have now that has it in them to become really special.

Shout out to our two teams today! Middle school started the day with a 15-0 perfect game! Jacks Thomas and Levi D***s combined 7 strikeouts on the mound to lead the way!

The JV team followed it up with a 23-3 win over Spring Creeks JV. Akai Taylor and Brayden Harrison were dialed in on the mound!

Middle school plays next @ Atco on Monday while the JV looks towards a scrimmage this week with Highland Christian!
