Volleyball Camp starts June 15-17

Summer Athletic Classes and Training Packages Available
Athletic classes are Tuesday & Thursday at 4:30pm

Morning classes NOW
Wednesday & Friday
(Full Body) at 9:30am

Classes all week at 5:30pm
Monday - Lower Body Strength
Tuesday - Pilates
Wednesday - Row & Core
Thursday - Upper Body Strength

Saturday - Full Body 9am

Adult Boxing
Wednesday 6:30pm & Saturday 11:15am

Kids Boxing
Wednesday 6pm

We also have some slots open for personal training. We do post therapy, injury prevention, strength and mobility, weight loss and functional training for all ages.
(we have memberships available for 24:7 access and classes )
