Today was a tough one in the heat, but our Chaos Storm girls never stopped competing. They battled through three games, played with heart, and left everything they had on the field.

A special congratulations to our Most Valuable Opponent players! Your effort, sportsmanship, and determination stood out and earned the respect of your opponents. That is something to be incredibly proud of.

Win or lose, these girls continue to show what it means to be teammates, competitors, and leaders. We couldn't be more proud of the grit, resilience, and positive attitudes they displayed today.

Northern Columbia Chaos 8U battled hard in a doubleheader today against the Brunswick Blitz 8U, splitting the day and coming away with an exciting 12-11 Game 1 victory! What a fun and competitive day of softball for these girls!

The bats were on fire as Chaos put up an impressive 27 total runs across the two games, showing great teamwork, confidence at the plate, and continued growth offensively!

A special shout out goes to Isabella, who had an incredible day at the plate going 7-for-8, blasting her first home run of the season, driving in 8 RBIs, and earning herself the game ball today for her outstanding performance! Amazing day for Belle!

More offensive standouts today included Zoey, Briella, Hayley V., and Addison W., who each collected at least 6 hits on the day!

An additional highlight from today included the teams base running. Another area that is showing growth! Beyond the scoreboard, we continue to see this team grow, compete, and support one another every time they step on the field. Proud of the effort, energy, and fight these girls showed today!

Congratulations on placing ladies!

While we didn't bring home the championship trophy today, these girls walked away as champions in so many other ways.

Coming into this tournament, we were labeled a developmental team. But this weekend, our girls showed everyone exactly what they're made of. They battled through every inning, supported one another, never gave up, and played with heart, determination, and grit.

Making it all the way to the championship game was something many may not have expected, but these girls believed in themselves and proved that hard work, teamwork, and perseverance can take you farther than anyone imagined.

We couldn't be more proud of how they represented our team, our families, and our community. The scoreboard may not have gone our way today, but the growth, confidence, and memories made this weekend are victories that will last far beyond this tournament.

Keep your heads high, girls. This is only the beginning, and the future is incredibly bright for this team. 💙🥎⚡

The girls finished pool play 2-1 securing the #3 seed. With the odds stacked against us, we went down swinging in round 1of bracket play against our counter Chaos team. CONGRATS TO THEM on getting to the finals!!!

We are fighting through injuries and schedule conflicts. We are fighting through adversity. But this team never stops trying to show up. We are so proud of this group for pushing through these tough moments and playing with heart no matter what comes our way. So many GOOD things happened despite the negativity 💙🥎

Wins or losses, it’s the effort, teamwork, and resilience that really matter—and this team has all of that and more. The season is young. On to the next one 💪🏼

🥎Northern Columbia Chaos 12U First-Year Team Tryouts 🥎

Northern Columbia Chaos is excited to announce tryouts for our 2026-27 First-Year 12U team (players born after August 31, 2014)!

After tremendous success at both the 8U and 10U levels, we're moving up to 12U and looking to add talented, hardworking players to an already strong roster. ALL POSITIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

• Tuesday, July 14 at 5:45 PM
• Thursday, July 16 at 5:45 PM

We may have ran out of gas this weekend but there is one girl who didn’t and was asking for more. Shout out to our catcher Elsie McCarthy who not only caught all six games this weekend, but asked to keep catching. She played outstanding and showed some serious grit and toughness this weekend!
