Tonight didn’t end the way we wanted, but these young ladies gave it everything they had to make it to the playoffs. Nothing about this journey was easy, and their fight, heart, and dedication never went unnoticed.

If a coach puts you in the outfield it’s not bc he thinks you suck, it’s bc he TRUSTS you. It’s bc he KNOWS you’re fast, ATHLETIC, has a GREAT arm, and can track a ball.
If a ball gets past an infielder you’re looking at maybe 1 extra base, but if it gets past the outfielder you’re looking at runs scored.
OUTFIELDERS ARE IMPORTANT! Sometimes their position is more important than any infield position. As parents, some have to quit acting like outfield is a punishment or a filler position. Outfielders get scholarships too.
