🏆🐅Congratulations to Francisque Bamanayi on bringing home another STATE TITLE at the IESA Track & Field State Championship for Urbana Middle School Track & Field! 🐅

Francisque and her Relay team earned 1st Place in the 8th Grade 4A 4x100 Relay, adding yet another incredible accomplishment to her athletic career. 👏🏽🔥

This marks Francisque’s THIRD state Track & Field championship, and what an amazing way to close out her time at UMS before graduating next week.

Francisque knows exactly what it takes to compete at a high level and win championships, as she also helped bring home a Regional Title for the Urbana Middle School Girls Basketball Team in December 2025. She is no stranger to hard work, dedication, discipline, and success.

We appreciate your commitment, your work ethic, and the way you continue to represent your schools, teams, and community. More importantly, we are proud of the amazing student and person you continue to be.

Team BeastMode is so proud of you. Continue being a great athlete and an outstanding student. We are looking forward to all of the amazing achievements you will accomplish at Urbana High School beginning this fall. 🧡🖤

🏆Congratulations to Alakay Taylor on bringing home a STATE TITLE at the IESA Track & Field State Championship for Urbana Sixth Grade Center & Middle School Track & Field!

This was Alakay’s first year competing in track and field for SGC/UMS, and we are beyond proud of the way she took her talents to another level and came home a STATE CHAMPION in the Sprint Medley Relay! 👏🏽🐅

Continue being an amazing athlete and an outstanding student on and off the court and on and off the track. Your hard work, dedication, and determination continue to shine in everything you do.

Huge congratulations to one of our very own Team Beast Mode athletes Kai Johnson!

Not only did she place 1st in her 200 meter relay heat -SHE BROKE THE STATE RECORD - ranking in the top for the IESA Track & Field State championship.

To make things even bigger, her relay team 8th grade 4 x 100 - BROKE THE STATE RECORD — finished 3rd place for the IESA Track & Field State Championship officially putting their names into the IESA Track & Field 4A history books and the USD history books forever. 📖✨
