IMMMM GETTING BAAACCKKK!! Whewwww… I’ve been on a hiatus yall!! If you follow my IG page you will know I’ve been ripping and running behind this baller 🏀 son of mine ._._ and ohh how I’ve missed rebounding…😞 BUT yesterday I got my mojo back!! Thanks to these two beauties!! I attended and class and whew I got the burn I needed! 🔥 Most know that feeling when you haven’t rebounded in a while and you come back!! It’s DIFFERENT! lol. 😂 well, I had a great class and can’t wait for my rebound bounce back class on July 25th in upper marlboro at 10 am for The Switch!! I’m honored to be asked to be a presenter! Come out and bounce with me!! I miss all of you rebounders old and new and we are gonna have a good time!! For my class hit up website to register and if you need a boot, text or DM me. Our rebound fitness community lost a beautiful soul far too soon. My heart is heavy as I send my deepest condolences to his family, friends, clients, and everyone whose life was touched by such an incredible fitness professional. RIP Fernando… Gone way too soon.. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
