Joanne brings the perfect mix of sweat, happiness and namaste to every class! You’ll find her teaching Yoga Core, Hot 26, Yin, Power and Mobility. One cue she says all the time, "Focus Inward. Quiet the mind." She loves some golf, coconut water, and fast cars!
