It's true. Let's start giving away and putting our love towards taking care of ourselves.

How do you start?! Great question. I'd say, start right where you're at. What have you been thinking about in the last couple of months? That you want to workout and get into shape, or build muscle, or tone up, or heal an injury. Great!! That's a perfect motivational first step towards seeing that through.

Next step.. when will you work out? Today, tonight, tomorrow? And, then when will you work out again? Can you make it consistent throughout your weeks? Let's strategize together.

A side leg series. To strengthen your hips, bum, lowback, knees, ankles and feet.

A lovely side leg series incorporating; a circular theraband, ankle weights, and a 1-3lb hand weight. Omit the arms if it’s too complicated or challenging, otherwise challenge yourself to coordinate the arms and legs together in unison. Imagine you’re a marionette doll, and as the arms move, the legs move together. Try to feel both moving at the same time.

Balancing on an Airex with one leg in this video you’ll strengthen your shoulder abduction, adduction, external rotation and rotator cuffs either a theraband. This can also be done on two legs without balancing if it’s too complicated or challenging.

Foot, ankle and knee strength is developed slowly with 40 reps on one leg. 10x reps to the front, side, back and side. Balancing creates strength and stability rehabilitating an old injury, or keeping joints liquid and strong. A pile can be used if balancing is too challenging.
