"Many of you know me, some don't. I'm Owen. The owner and founder of Ocean Deep Yoga: Freediving & Yoga. In addition to being a PFI Freediver instructor, I am also a 500hr Yoga Teacher, specializing in mental/emotional management through pranayama, pain management through mindful movement, and achieving total wellness via optimizing the flow of energy throughout the entire being, which is the purpose of any yoga practice. I have used the methods I teach not only to improve my freediving but also to transform my entire life from chemical dependency and mental health nightmares to one full of love for what I do and who I do it with, fulfilment, meaning, and joy.
