She also holds multi-level certifications in Booty Barre Instruction as well. As an experienced all natural bikini competitor she knows what it takes it help other women reach their ideal body! ed regimen to achieve goals such as; fat loss, build lean muscle, become mentally strong, flexible, understanding the importance of nutrition. My gym has a lot of BC Strength Glute equipment and really emphasizes GLUTE training. My goal is for YOU to LOVE your body!�


Shawn's clients range from marathon runners who cross train with her year round and now are injury free and PR in their races! Women who are in their 30’s that want their pre-pregnancy body back. And women in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s and beyond who never lifted a weights in their life. And now look and feel younger than ever! When people ask me my favorite cheat food, it stumbles me. 🤔

I don’t have a cheat food because I don’t restrict myself from eating anything.

I love ice cream, pizza, Yasso bars, potato chips, bagels, cookies. You get the point. 😂 I fit fun foods into every day.

I can do this because I’m not over consuming those foods. (I fit them into my macros.)

You can skip ALL junk food, and eat “healthy”
and STILL gain weight.

Flexible dieting keeps everything in balance. ⚖️

Confession. I went to the gym today and trained all glutes. 😂🍑

You can get a great glute workout whether you train at home or at a gym. I try sharing both options!

Speed skater squat for glutes today! 🔥

I love the deep stretch and definitely felt it working every area of my glutes! (No knee pain).

May was an especially an especially busy month for us with celebrations every weekend. 🎉🎓

When life is extra hectic, and you’re trying to stick to your fitness goals, here’s what I do:

Enjoy the moments, because we don’t get them back.

Control what you can the rest of the week. 👇🏼

•Repeatable high protein meals 🔁
•Strength training 💪🏼
•Walk 8-10K steps daily 🚶🏽‍♀️
•Prioritize sleep 💤
•Limit or eliminate alcohol
•Stay hydrated 💦
