When people ask me my favorite cheat food, it stumbles me. 🤔
I don’t have a cheat food because I don’t restrict myself from eating anything.
I love ice cream, pizza, Yasso bars, potato chips, bagels, cookies. You get the point. 😂 I fit fun foods into every day.
I can do this because I’m not over consuming those foods. (I fit them into my macros.)
You can skip ALL junk food, and eat “healthy”
and STILL gain weight.
