I have developed training regimen that keeps the kids engaged, fun to learn and have produced Nation's fastest runners! ☆INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Individual Sessions REQUIRE to be booked for an appointment slot. Appointments can be paid during booking or just prior to the commencement of the session. Individual Sessions are $40 per athlete-per session and are for 1-hour of services. There is a $10 Add

-on for each additional athlete sharing the same session appointment slot (i.e. Price rate for services are good through 2021. Should a session require cancelation by client, notification must be in excess of 1-hour prior to scheduled appointment slot. If client cancels within 1-hour of appointment slot, client will be required to pay for all future sessions IN ADVANCE (during booking). *So if client cancels again within 1-hour of scheduled appointment slot, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be used towards any future sessions, no exceptions! Parents are REQUIRED to sign a one time Liability Waiver and Code Of Conduct Notification documents prior to their athlete's participation, no exceptions! All fees and services are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and cannot be used for future sessions, no exceptions!

☆OPEN GROUP SESSIONS
Open Group Sessions are NOT required to be booked for an appointment slot. Session dates, times, and locations will be posted for anyone to attend at their discretion. Open Group Sessions are primarily held on weekends ONLY. Open Group Sessions are $20per athlete-per session and are for 1.5-hours of services. All fees and services are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and cannot be used for future sessions, no exceptions!

☆TRAVEL SESSIONS
Set-Up Fees for traveling are 2x distance traveled in mileage for session or summarized as Round Trip mileage (i.e. locations 70miles from me would be $140 set up fee). Then services are $20 per participating athlete. Set-Up fees for Travel Sessions are REQUIRED to be paid in advance, no exceptions! Travel Sessions are REQUIRED to be booked a week in advance of the date requested. Travel Sessions are REQUIRED to be at a public facility or a reserved private facility with public access (with permission or proof of reservation). All fees and services are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and cannot be used for future sessions, no exceptions!
