Meet my remarkable online client from Colombia.

Giving up was NOT an option!

Becoming a mom for the first time was the most incredible experience of my life.

But as the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, I found myself struggling with my health.

The extra weight I had gained during pregnancy felt like an impossible mountain to climb.

I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and at times, I felt like giving up on myself.

I bet most moms feel this way.

But deep down, I knew my life had purpose, meaning, and value beyond what I was feeling in those dark moments.

I realized that giving up was not an option because my daughter deserved a mom who was healthy, joyful, and full of life.

I was determined to fight for my life and reclaim my health, not just for me, but for her.

Through hard work, dedication, and a lot of determination to eat right and workout, I began to lose the weight.

My cholesterol levels went down.

My blood pressure went down back to it's normal level.

I started feeling more energetic and confident.
