Take 5 Ranch raises 100% Fullblood Wagyu cattle on their family-run ranch, with a focus on humane practices, exceptional quality, and outstanding flavour. We’re excited to feature their premium Wagyu on our menu this summer, and support a business that allows us to celebrate the incredible flavours of the Kootenays while strengthening the community that makes this region so special.
