But decided for the summer it was time to shred!

Dialing in her nutrition with Coach T, she’s been able to lose 10lbs, have abs on vacation, and most importantly stop her back from flaring up from inflammation!!!

Happy Father’s Day my love. This year hasn’t been easy. There were moments that tested us, challenged us, and forced us both to take a hard look at ourselves. But through it all, I’ve watched you keep showing up. Not perfectly, but intentionally. Choosing growth. Choosing your family. Choosing to become a better man one day at a time.

Our kids may not understand everything you’ve (we’ve) overcome, but they see a dad who loves them, supports them, makes them laugh, and works hard for the people he loves. They see your dedication, and your heart.

Watching you grow as a husband, father, and man has been something I’ll never forget. Seeing the other side of the hard days, the lessons, and the mistakes has made me even more proud of who you are today and who you’re continuing to become.

Thank you for loving our babies the way you do. Thank you for continuing to fight for yourself, for us, and for the life we’re building together.
