For 30+ years, Top Dog Hockey has provided superior hockey training to more than 30,000 players John was also a player & coach at Minnesota State, Mankato.

Top Dog Hockey Camps are run by John Haglund who has more than 30 years experience operating high-quality hockey camps. Over the years, Top Dog has trained more than 35k players, many of whom return year after year to get the best hockey training. Currently he is a certified teacher, youth hockey coach, AAA Coach and a tournament director. Coach Haglund continues his mission to operate hockey prog

rams that not only help to further each player's skill development, but also help to further each player's love for the game of hockey. Top Dog coaches employ innovative, engaging, and FUN drills to drive players to the next level. We offer several weekend skill clinics and a full line-up of week-long mite, accelerated, goalie and golf/hockey camps; both full day and boarding camps for ages 6-15 at 5 locations. Meet the Coach Monday🏒
Jack Haglund has been coaching with Top Dog Hockey Camps for 9 years, following 10 summers of participation as a camper. Jack’s passion for hockey continues through officiating and coaching youth players at Top Dog Hockey Camps.

As a recent graduate of Saint John’s University, Jack is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping young athletes grow both on and off the ice. He strives to help players improve their hockey fundamentals, deepen their understanding of the game, and foster a positive, encouraging environment for development.

Coach Haglund’s goal is to help every player improve, have fun, and develop a lasting love for hockey.

John Haglund brings 35+ years of experience operating Top Dog Hockey Camps. Throughout that time, Top Dog has provided high-quality hockey instruction to over 35,000 players, many of whom return year after year.

A former player and coach at Minnesota State Mankato, John has dedicated his career to developing young athletes and growing the game of hockey. He has played an instrumental role in Youth Hockey, High School Hockey, and Bulldogs AAA Hockey programs.

Coach Haglund's mission is to further every player's skill, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the game.
