Good afternoon everyone! I hope you all will take the time to like my new Facebook fitness page: Chiseled Body Coach, LLC. Facebook would not allow me to change the name of this page so I had to create the new one after establishing my new business in Florida. I appreciate all who are willing to like and follow my page. It has been over 17 months since I have taught any clients due to my beloved husband’s illness, death, grieving, returning to college and making a major life change by returning to the Palm Beach area in May. I am now available to train clients at Be Fit Body Boutique in Jupiter or privately. If you are interested in training, please message me. I would love to work with you! God bless you all! Good morning everyone!

Introducing my new fitness training page: Chiseled Body Coach, LLC

As many of you know, I am blessed to be part of the Be Fit Body Boutique team, which is a beautiful, high end, women's personal training gym located in Jupiter. If you want to train with me at Be Fit, you may message me or call the gym and request me @ 561-745-5001.

I am also scheduling private clients and can work with you in your home, community gym if available or at a park. Ladies, I would love to work with you and your friends if you prefer training with a partner. In the past, I have also worked with couples and taught classes in churches. The possibilities are vast including training on line via Skype or other venues.

For those of you who "Liked" my former fitness page, "Core Essentials Wellness, LLC" I would appreciate if you would Like this page and share it on your page if you don't mind.

Debbie’s Homemade Puttanesca

3-4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 large organic onion finely chopped
6-8 oz sliced organic baby portabella mushrooms
6-8 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 tsp oregano
¾ tsp basil
¾ tsp marjoram
1 tsp crushed red peppers or to taste
2 (28 oz cans organic crushed tomatoes)
½ cup red wine
½ cup diced kalamata olives
2-3 tbsp capers rinsed
Anchovy paste to taste (2-4 tbsp.)
Garnish with fresh grated asiago or Parmesan cheese

Heat Oil in large pot and sauté onion and mushrooms until tender. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for about 1½ hours.

Serve over a small portion of organic brown rice penne pasta cooked ala dente. (1 cup dry)

For a delicious side dish accompaniment:

Sautéed Asparagus

Add olive oil to a large sauce pan, and flash sauté the asparagus just to tender but not overcooked and then season with sea salt and pepper. It is delicious to add minced garlic and red peppers to the oil.
