As much as I hate to make this post, I know I have to.

I have decided to put a pause on having REFIT. I’m saying pause because hopefully one day I can get back to it. With all the kids playing sports, it has just became too hard to juggle it all. I have loved getting to be a part of each of my participants lives, even if you came just once. I love you all and hope you understand.

People tell me all the time they can’t dance when I ask them to come to REFIT. Really though, I could never really dance either! We do exercises to music, really it’s not just dancing!

You don’t have to be great to walk though my doors, but I promise you’ll feel great when you leave and I’ll love being a part of your journey to the greatness you hope to achieve!

I’m sorry guys! REFIT is cancelled tonight. Our church is having a youth/young adult revival and I need to go! I invite all you all to show up! It’s at 7! Tomorrow night too! The Lord always comes first!
