We host this event once a year and it always gives us ALL the feels 💜

The Hot Yoga Spot Summer Party Fundraiser, June 27th, 9am–11am at Stuyvesant Plaza, is our biggest community day of the year. We raise money for the Alzheimer's Association, we move our bodies outside, and we come together as a community for something bigger than ourselves.

This year we added a FREE fitness class + even more prizes to raffle! Register in advance (link in bio) for your swag bag + 5 raffle tickets 🎟️

Give your kids the gift of mindfulness this summer with our special Summer Camps in Albany! ☀️ We are offering an amazing program led by Mindful Miss K: our Kids Mindfulness & Yoga Camp for ages 5-9 runs from July 27th to July 30th, 2026. The camp runs Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and feature yoga poses, guided movement, breathing exercises, and creative crafts.
