Westchase Impact Martial Arts Our core offerings of martial arts classes for adults, families, and children are goal oriented and motivational.

In addition to our Martial Arts program we have developed specialized, martial art based, youth programs for our younger students. At Westchase Impact Martial Arts, our youth programs are designed to instill confidence and aid children in developing to their fullest potential. We seek to help build a solid foundation in life for as many children as possible, by assisting them in achieving a healthy mind and body through martial arts instruction. This wellbeing will instill in them the self-confidence, focus and determination necessary to become strong and successful in every aspect of life. Our adult program is designed to help one achieve self-confidence through physical conditioning and mastering the art of self-defense. We strive to train as many adults as possible to be physically fit and relieved of everyday stress and adept in practical martial arts skill, which will assist them in becoming more confident and successful in every aspect of their lives. We also offer a family Taekwondo program where the whole family can train in Martial Arts and have fun together, while building life changing characteristics and leadership skills. While learning self-defense techniques, families will also learn how to stand proud together and improve self-confidence while training as a family. Our family class is one of our most popular classes.

We are so proud of Mrs. Roy get it to the next level in Taekwondo! She is not only a great practitioner of martial art arts, but she’s also an amazing instructor helping students to get better with everything that they do! She’s also a wife, a mother of two boys, a friend and amazing instructor!  A woman of many talents! We are very proud of her to be an example to our students!
