Starting tomorrow (March 2), I’m running a members-only 8-week accountability track — and I’m keeping it tight and serious because it’s a personal standard I’m chasing and documenting.
If you want in, your goal needs to be clear:
10 lbs minimum OR 2 dress sizes in 8 weeks.
Let me be honest:
This is not for people who want motivation.
This is for people who want results — and are willing to be coached.
What you’re signing up for:
Daily nutrition structure (no guessing)
Habit rules you actually follow
Daily activity tracking
Consistent self-assessment (no excuses, just truth)
Next-level accountability (yes, I will stay on you)
Important: This isn’t replacing anything and it isn’t “better” than regular membership — it’s an exclusive coaching layer for members who want to move differently for the next 8 weeks.
Class schedule stays the same:
MWF: 5 AM / 6 AM
Mon–Thur: 7:15 PM
Bonus: Sat 6 AM
Semi-Private: Tue/Thu 6 PM + Sat 9 AM
