📢 Important Info for This Weekend’s Testing! 📢

Please review the testing times for this weekend's UTA Promotion Tests:

Color Belt Test Start Time: 10:00 AM

White Belt Students should arrive no later than 9:45 AM

Please note:

🥋There will be no regularly scheduled Taekwondo classes this weekend due to testing.

🥋Regular classes will resume on Monday, September 14th.

🥋We invite you to come watch the UTA Color Belt Test, but please be respectful and quiet during testing.

Ahn Taekwondo Institute will be closed September 5th – 7th for Labor Day weekend.

We will return to our normal class schedule on Tuesday, September 8th.

One month until our next Color Belt Test!

Our next UTA Color Belt Test will be held on Saturday, September 12. Now is the time to train consistently, practice your required material, and complete any remaining attendance or stripe requirements.

Students should continue working on:

🥋 Forms
🥋 One-steps / Fighting Combinations
🥋 Breaking requirements
🥋 Terminology and Grandmaster Ahn facts
🥋 Focus, confidence, and strong Taekwondo spirit

Keep training, keep practicing, and be ready to show how much you have grown!

Keep stretching, working hard, and tracking your progress as we head into the final week of our summer flexibility challenge.

Whether you have already reached your splits or are still working toward your goal, every bit of progress is worth celebrating. Stay consistent and finish strong!

We are preparing for the 2026-2027 competition season.

If you are interested in being on any of Team Ahn's teams (Forms, Breaking, and/or Sparring), our informational meeting is being held on August 18th at 6:15pm.

This meeting is mandatory for anyone interested in any of our teams.

Maybe you want to improve a challenging kick, memorize your form, attend class more consistently, increase your flexibility, earn a stripe, or prepare for your next belt test. Whatever your goal may be, write it down, stay focused, and take one step toward it every time you come to class.

Attention UTA Black Belts!
Our June Black Belt Class will be held on:
📅 Thursday, July 30th
🕖 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
This month's class is an important opportunity to continue developing your skills, training alongside fellow black belts, and advancing your martial arts knowledge.
⚠️ Please Note: There will be no regularly scheduled Adult Class tonight due to Black Belt Class.
