Our coaches started here as beginners, still figuring it out, just like our kids! 🤸🏻♂️
Same fears, same scary first tries, same “I’m not sure about this.”
That’s the beautiful thing about this place. Every kid moves differently, learns differently, needs something different and that’s the whole point! It’s not something we work around, it’s how we built our program.
Our kids teach us and they teach each other. Our coaches who were once scared of the same skills they’re now spotting are proof nobody just shows up here knowing what to do.
The same program that helps build a child’s confidence in the gym is the one giving our coaches room to become even more of who they already are.
I love this community so much. This video is making me cry because I don’t get to be in the gym as much anymore, and I miss a lot of these moments now.
But it works without me in the room. It was never really about me teaching everyone. It’s all of us, growing together, at every level, in ways that work for each of us.
We don’t always get it right but we sure do try and I am so grateful. For this team, for every family who’s trusted us with their child, for a community that keeps showing up as we grow, add more programming, and reach more people who need it!
We’re not just building stronger skills. We’re building stronger people. And I’m so proud of what we keep building, together. 🩵
