This weekend 6/10 will be $100 to win Flathead 325 and $50 to win Super Mod Singles. Yes, the racing lawnmowers will be here this weekend!!! We will have a basket raffle so if anyone is interested in bringing an item for that please feel free. All proceeds from the raffle will go to the Sunshine Foundation for Autism Awareness. Candy scramble at intermission for the kids. And we will have a bonus feature for the junior gold class with entry fees being donated to Randy Perrin ($10 entry fee). Winner from that extra race will receive $50 with a big trophy. Lots going on this upcoming weekend. **Also, the t-shirts for Randy Perrin are in and can be picked up Saturday.**

Just a reminder.. no racing this weekend. Racing will resume on June 10 with our autism awareness race. There will be a basket raffle and candy scramble at intermission. Also don’t forget to get your “Team Randy” decal and get it on your kart like Marc Smith in the picture. We will randomly pick a class each week and if you win with this decal on your kart you have a chance at earning some extra cash. Each decal cost $5. (Special thanks to the Swanger family for designing and donating these decals) Starting next weekend we will choose a class to run an extra feature at the end of the night for a big trophy and possibly some extra money. This extra feature is non points with all entry fees ($10) going to Randy Perrin’s fight against lung cancer. Lots of great things coming up in the future.

If anyone would like to place a shirt order to help Randy’s fight against lung cancer please reach out to us today. We will be placing our shirt order tomorrow with our designer. (We will continue to take orders for as long as we need to help show our support.). If you order today this will ensure that they will be done before our next race on June 10. Cost is $15 per shirt and every single dollar will be donated to Randy and Beth Perrin for their expenses they are about to accrue.

Whenever one of our Flat Run family members need help we all come together to make that possible. I consider our track one of the best family oriented tracks around. One of our own, the man who gives you one of the smoothest and fastest racetracks around has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Randy (aka Pops) will start radiation treatments in June. He still has some intense testing to go thru in the upcoming week but we wanted to do everything possible to help them with the cost of their travels to and from doctor appointments as well as his treatment appointments. Starting tonight we will be taking orders for two different style t-shirts to help show him that we will be walking by his side every step of the way. Every single dollar that we raise from these shirts will be donated to him. Cost is $15 per shirt. And it would be an honor to see everyone wearing them to show him that together we will beat this. (we ask that all shirt orders be prepaid).
We can accept PayPal and can ship shirts if needed.

It’s raceday. Gates open at 4 and racing at 5:30. We will try to get opening ceremonies under way around 5:15 for everyone that’s carrying the American flags for us tonight. Bike race at intermission and racing lawn mowers tonight. Hope to see everyone tonight.

Since we can no longer use this victory lane banner we will be doing a silent auction for this to help out a family in need. You can post your highest bid on this post or come to the races Saturday night and sign the sheet with your highest bid. This silent auction will go till intermission and the person with the highest bid will take it home. (This banner has been our victory lane banner for the past several years and would make an awesome piece of Flat Run history)
