Postpartum low back pain is common. Ignoring it shouldn’t be.
I fix low back pain for a living… and postpartum still humbled me.
Because after you have a baby, your body doesn’t just “bounce back” because the internet says it should.
You’re feeding, lifting, carrying, rocking, bending, twisting, sleeping weird, and somehow still expected to function like your spine isn’t taking the hit.
Self-care stops being cute.
It becomes maintenance.
This is the kind of manual work I do for my clients, and the same kind I make sure I’m getting too.
Save this for later.
Send it to the mom who keeps saying her back is killing her.
Book the appointment before your body forces you to slow down.
