These 4 non-negotiables will save you on race day.

Because it’s usually not the race day miles that break you down.

It’s the little details you ignored for 12–20 weeks leading up to them.

If you got a friend training for a marathon, bless them and send this their way. 🤝

One day they’ll realize they were watching the whole time.

Not just the workouts.
Not just the miles.
Not just the days you felt motivated.

The days you were tired.
The days you didn’t feel like it.
The days you showed up anyway.

Because confidence isn’t something we teach.
It’s something we model.

You’re their role model.

Go show them what believing in yourself looks like. 💙

We heard the mommies are supporting each other… so we’re shooting our shot. 👀

Wanted a quick 20-minute workout.

Got a 2-hour hangout with intermittent exercise instead. 😂

To all the moms building, growing, creating, and showing up anyway—we see you. 🤍

Postpartum low back pain is common. Ignoring it shouldn’t be.

I fix low back pain for a living… and postpartum still humbled me.

Because after you have a baby, your body doesn’t just “bounce back” because the internet says it should.

You’re feeding, lifting, carrying, rocking, bending, twisting, sleeping weird, and somehow still expected to function like your spine isn’t taking the hit.

Self-care stops being cute.
It becomes maintenance.

This is the kind of manual work I do for my clients, and the same kind I make sure I’m getting too.

Save this for later.
Send it to the mom who keeps saying her back is killing her.
Book the appointment before your body forces you to slow down.

Educational content only. Please check in with your OB-GYN, midwife, or pelvic-floor PT.

“Still cramping even though you take electrolytes?” 👀
Your electrolyte probably doesn’t have enough magnesium.

Magnesium is involved in 300+ reactions in the body — including muscle contraction, nerve signaling, energy production, hydration balance, and recovery.

For runners & athletes, low magnesium can show up as:
• cramps
• heavy legs
• increased fatigue
• poor sleep
• slower recovery
• lingering soreness

It’s one of the most overlooked recovery nutrients in sports performance.

COMMENT “RECOVERY” and I’ll send you my 2 favorite magnesium products 👇

Most runners are choosing shoes based on hype instead of fit. 👟

The best running shoe is the one that fits YOUR body well.

Swipe through the anatomy of a running shoe and what actually matters before spending $160+ on sneakers 💰

Not every flat-footed runner needs the same shoe.
Your mechanics, pace, strength, injury history, and comfort all matter.

In this reel I break down 4 daily trainers from Nike, Hoka, Brooks, and New Balance — including who they feel best for, what I liked, what I didn’t, and why stack height/stability matters more than people think 👀

The competitor in you doesn’t disappear.
It just looks a little different for a while.

Today it looked like chasing down one of my former athletes at the Brooklyn Half Marathon… and immediately being reminded why pelvic floor physical therapy exists. 😂

Ive been doing the PT. Still got humbled.

Last year I would’ve been the one racing.

Today I was roadside with a baby on my hip, cheering on athletes I once taped ankles for before practice. And honestly? It still felt like me.

The body changes.
Your role changes.
Your priorities shift.

But that drive to move, compete, push yourself, and come back stronger? Still there.

And honestly...I’ve been present for all of it. My kid is not going to be this small or this obsessed with ceiling fans forever. So I'm not rushing this season.

The miles will wait for me.

The comeback is being planned though. Quietly. Strategically.
