2022 has kicked off with a bang for me, how about you?

I can hardly believe we’re already in the second month of the year. 🤯 Time really flies when you’re having fun!

So, what did I get up to in January?

I was busy
- using my habit stacking workbook to create my first new habit of the year!
- finalizing my first 12-week postpartum program and...
- adding new clients to my current training schedule.

And my biggest lesson was this: showing up and putting in one small effort at a time can lead to the changes perfection often keeps us from.

And that’s a wrap! Honestly, where the heck did January go? This month was packed with so much fun stuff, including celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday, learning how to eliminate added sugar from my diet and focusing on family time together.
