It's time to create the life, and love you truly deserve & become your most unshakeable YOU! I help executive women who are living in an unhealthy marriage and struggling to decide whether they should stay and fight for their marriage or cut their losses and leave. It's time to create the life and love you truly deserve and become your most unshakeable YOU! My goal is to help you unravel the giant mess in your head and your heart so that you can make a clear-cut decision about whether you want to STAY and fight for your marriage or LEAVE and forge a whole new life as an independent woman. Let's be honest … some people will try to convince you to stay in the marriage for the kids, lifestyle, and safety. That it's all about just putting up with the hand that life has dealt you. After all, nothing is perfect. And the idea of trying to date and find a new partner, never mind lasting LOVE with someone, all seems too hard it often feels much easier to STAY than GO. But at the end of the day… if you feel lonely, invisible, and know something is missing, that tugs at your heart, and you want MORE. I'm here to HELP! Book in for my FREE Lasting Love Discovery Session, where I'll help you get to the bottom of why you're finding it so hard to make this decision whether you should STAY or GO. https://www.carriecostellocoaching.com/discovery-call

✨ Your actions are constantly giving your brain evidence about who you are.

Every time you make the hard phone call, set the boundary, speak up, keep a promise to yourself, or take the next step—you’re creating evidence.

Evidence that says:
🌿 I can handle discomfort.
🌿 I can make decisions.
🌿 I can trust myself.
🌿 I can follow through.
🌿 I can choose differently.

This is how identity begins to shift.

Not through one massive transformation.

Through repetition.

The small things you repeatedly do become evidence of the person you believe yourself to be.

So instead of asking:
“Who do I want to become?”

Try asking:
“What would that version of me do today?”

Then do one thing.
👣 One action.
✨ One choice.
🌱 One piece of evidence.

That’s how becoming happens.

💬 Comment “becoming” if you’re practicing a new way of showing up for yourself.

📌 Save this as a reminder that small actions are not small when they are repeated.

🤍 Share this with someone who is becoming a different version of themselves.

✨ Follow along—because next we’re talking about why confidence doesn’t have to come before action.

🌀 Overthinking can create the feeling that you’re doing something—when you’re actually staying exactly where you are.

You analyze.
You research.
You replay the conversation.
You imagine every possible outcome.
You ask:
“What if?”
“What if I’m wrong?”
“What if I regret it?”

And suddenly, you’re exhausted…

but no closer to a decision.

That’s the mental loop.

The problem isn’t thinking.

Thinking is valuable when it leads to awareness, choice, or action.

But when thinking becomes a way to avoid uncertainty, it can keep you stuck.

And this is where movement matters.

You don’t have to make the biggest decision of your life.

You can interrupt the loop with one small action. 👣

Send the email.
Ask the question.
Set the boundary.
Make the appointment.
Take the first step.

Because action creates information.
And information gives you something new to respond to. 🧭

✨ You don’t have to think your way out of every uncertainty. Sometimes you have to move your way into a new understanding.

💬 Comment “I’m out of the loop” if you’re ready to break the pattern.
📌 Save this for the next time you catch yourself thinking about the same thing for the hundredth time.
🤍 Tag someone who needs the reminder that thinking and progress aren’t always the same thing.
✨ Follow along—because next we’re going deeper: what happens when you repeatedly choose movement over the old patterns that kept you stuck?

✨ Sometimes clarity isn’t something you think your way into. It’s something you discover by moving.

When you’re stuck in uncertainty, it’s easy to believe you need to figure everything out before you take the first step.

But action gives you something thinking alone cannot:
information.
You take a step.
You see what happens.
You learn.
You adjust.
You take the next step.

That feedback can reveal what you actually want, what works, what doesn’t, and what needs to change. 🧭

This is why waiting for 100% certainty can keep you stuck.
You don’t need to know the entire path.
You need enough clarity to take the next right step.

And sometimes that step creates the clarity you’ve been waiting for. ✨

So ask yourself:
What is one thing I could do—not figure out—that would give me more information?

💬 Comment “I’m moving” if you’re ready to stop waiting for perfect clarity and take the next step.

📌 Save this for the moments when you find yourself thinking about the same decision over and over.

🤍 Share it with someone who may be waiting for certainty before they begin.

✨ Follow along—because next we’re going to talk about what happens when thinking stops being helpful and starts keeping you stuck.

WHAT IF YOU LISTENED?

We spend so much of our lives looking outside ourselves for clarity.

We ask everyone else what they think.
We gather more information.
We replay the conversation.
We make another list.
We wait for the perfect sign.

But sometimes, clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder.

It comes from creating enough space to notice what is already happening within you. ✨

There is a difference between having an answer and being willing to hear it.

And there is a difference between hearing something within yourself and immediately needing to do something about it.

You can simply notice.
You can become curious.
You can let yourself feel what is there without rushing to change it.

🌿 That is where self-awareness begins.
And sometimes, when we stop trying so hard to figure it out, we discover that our next step doesn’t need to be forced.

It simply becomes clearer.
Maybe the invitation isn’t to find another answer.

Maybe it’s to create an experience where you can finally hear yourself without all the noise.

✨ What might you notice if you gave yourself a little more quiet today?

✨ When your actions are aligned with what you truly know, want, and value, you don’t have to keep convincing yourself to move forward.

✨ Aligned action feels different.

It doesn’t necessarily feel easy.
It doesn’t mean there’s no fear.
And it definitely doesn’t mean you’ll never have doubts.

It means there is less internal conflict. 🌀

You may still feel nervous—but underneath the nerves, there’s a sense of yes. ✨

You may still feel uncomfortable—but you’re not fighting yourself every step of the way.

You may have to make a difficult decision—but you’re not endlessly negotiating with yourself about whether you’re allowed to make it.

That’s the difference between aligned action and forced action.

Forced action often sounds like:

“I should.”
“I have to.”
“Maybe I’m overreacting.”
“What if I make the wrong choice?”
“I just need to push through.”

And over time, that constant internal negotiation can become exhausting. 😮‍💨

⛔ Forced action drains you.
✨ Aligned action organizes you.

Because alignment creates a different kind of energy. Instead of constantly overriding yourself, you begin listening to yourself. 👂✨

You begin noticing:

🌿 What feels true.
🌿 What feels off.
🌿 What you’re tolerating.
🌿 What you actually want.
🌿 What your values are asking of you.
🌿 And what you already know—but may have been afraid to trust.

This is not about making impulsive decisions based on emotion.
It’s about developing the self-awareness to recognize when your thoughts, values, feelings, and actions are moving in the same direction. 🧭

That’s where clarity begins. ✨

And sometimes the most powerful question isn’t:

“What should I do?”

It’s:

“What do I already know—and what would change if I trusted myself enough to act on it?” 💭

💬 Comment “aligned” if you’re learning to recognize the difference between forcing and aligning.

📌 Save this for the next time you find yourself pushing, overthinking, or trying to convince yourself into something.

🤍 And share it with someone who may be exhausted from forcing their way through life.
