🌿 Keeping myself lean throughout the year is all about discipline and consistency. Here’s a glimpse into my routine:

🏋️‍♂️ Fitness: I prioritize regular workouts to stay active and burn calories. Whether it’s hitting the gym, going for a run, or trying out new workout classes, I make sure to keep my body moving.

🥦 Healthy Eating: Nourishing my body with nutritious foods is key. I focus on a balanced diet, incorporating plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. I practice portion control and avoid excessive indulgences.

💧 Hydration: Staying hydrated is essential for maintaining a lean physique. I make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, which helps keep me energized and aids in digestion.

📆 Consistency: Building discipline and sticking to my routine is crucial. I make a schedule and set achievable goals to stay on track. It’s all about making small, sustainable changes that add up over time.

🛌 Quality Sleep: A good night’s sleep plays a significant role in overall health. I prioritize getting enough rest to allow my body to recover and recharge.

🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness: Taking care of my mental well-being is equally important. I practice mindfulness techniques like meditation or yoga to reduce stress and keep a positive mindset.

🥜Macronutrients

Think of “macronutrients” as “basic nutrition.” This category is composed of protein, fat, and carbohydrates.

Protein
What it does – Required for the growth, maintenance, and repair of tissues. It helps your body stay energized, and build and maintain lean muscle even as you age.
