Our first tourney as a team comes to an end, we finished (1-2) and had a fun time doing it. Sometimes you learn more from losing than winning. Losing forces you to reexamine your flaws and get better at them. We would like to thank the following. Rosebud Exchange, Wig Wam Inc., Lilly Elizabeth, Aisha Carr, Rosie Iron Heart.
Always remember to keep practicing. Never let anyone tell you’re too small or too slow.

Jelly Iron Heart
Lakota Lone Dog
Trinity Bettelyoun
Arleonna Blacksmith
Leah Carr
Louise Lone Dog
Frankie Iron Heart
Jasmine Kelly
Gabby Kenny
Bree White Hat

*Not in picture Lucas Iron Heart* Very influential individual.

On our way to Sioux Falls we stopped at the breathtaking Dignity statue which is a 50 foot tall sculpture that pays homage to the often overlooked group of women of the Lakota and Dakota Nations. This is what we call a meaningful statue one meant to honor and uplift the strength and resilience of Native women.
