Something new I’m very excited to share…!!

✨ I am teaching a Crystal Singing Bowl Level 1 Training with Rainbow Sounds coming up 🌈

🗓️ Saturday May 9th 10am-2pm
📍 Denver, CO at the Sakala Community Center

This beginner-friendly training is for anyone curious about the power of sound

⭐ Whether you want to deepen your personal practice, or explore adding sound bowls into yoga, meditation, or wellness work

You’ll learn:
• How to play crystal singing bowls
• The basics of sound and vibration
• Notes, frequencies & chakras
• How sound supports relaxation and meditation

And yes… we’ll end the day with a beautiful sound bath😌

If you’ve ever been curious about crystal bowls, this is a great place to start!

🧩 Have you ever tried to force pieces together that just weren't fitting? I feel ya...

I've had many puzzle pieces I've been trying to put together for a long time now.

🧩 In my mind I could envision the final picture so I've been trying to put em together the way I thought they were supposed to go.

🧩 I was trying to make multiple puzzles fit together into one.

I was struggling because there were too many pieces for that one picture.

🧩 I'd rearrange them and try to put them together in a different way, so the picture would change but still not feel quite right.

🧩 Over the weekend though, I found a few pieces that, for whatever reason, had been lost this whole time.

And it's like the Universe didn't let me find them until now.

🧩 They finally made everything click into place, causing the extras to fall away as I realized the picture in front of me, finally so clearly.

🧩Now things don't feel like a mess in my head.
.. You know that feeling of clarity, of feeling on fire with inspiration🔥🔥🔥

When you can finally see what is meant to be!?

I've been feeling down this month so I pulled out my Rainbow Sounds crystal bowls to boost my mood.

I have a full chakra set but picked these 2:

🧡 Sacral Chakra (2nd) for passion and excitement

💚 Heart Chakra (4th) for love and compassion

They also harmonize nicely💕

I teach wellness tools… and I still struggle.

I thought I beat it this year- but it just came later - winter depression. Then getting the flu and having low grade fevers for 6 days.

I have so many tools I've learned over 15 years, and I know sooo much to heal and help my body recover. But it's still sometimes really hard to actively support yourself when you're so depleted.

Having tools doesn’t mean you’re gonna be perfect and always well, or know which tool, or when to use what.

And healing isn’t linear. But you have to trust the process and sometimes just be. It's ok to hibernate and cocoon. That's what winter time is for. Even when there's no snow in Colorado🤔

If you’ve been in a low-energy season, you’re not broken. And you're not alone. You’re human. And sometimes it sucks. And that's ok.

Tomorrow's workshop we will reflect on 2025, and decide what energy we'd like to welcome into this new year. No major planning or goals (there's a time for that - just not yet!)

Let's ease our way with intention into 2026- I'd love to see you there and guide you into what's meant for you this year.

December skies got me🫠 If you were in Colorado you probably saw them too... It was even pretty after dark, like how are the clouds still pink after it's dark?! Well they were... And I saw every setting sun, a lot of rising ones, delivering for UPS for the month. Felt lucky to witness, in awe 💜🩵🩷

⛰️🏃‍♀️ I've never been great at hitting goals or running, but I decided to start trail running

🤖☑️ I'm now 5 weeks in. My robot assistant helped me come up with weekly goals and we've even adjusted because the week 5 goal was too much by the time I got to it.

🫁 My focus is improving my cardio and stamina. I always said my cardio sucks, and I hated running because of that.

So that's one reason I'm doing it- to improve my breathing, cardio stamina, and distance I can comfortably run without stopping, and see the small changes consistency brings.

☕ The week I started, I opened the cupboards for a mug at a house I was dog sitting at, and the first 2 mugs right there in my face were about trail running. I took it as a sign!

🙌 Inspired by my ultramarathoner roommate , his gf , my neighbor friend and my long time friend Hillary, (who's been doing marathons a really long time).

😵‍💫 I always thought marathons were crazy till I moved in with Jason and 100 miles are like, no thang 😂😳😲

So I've seen how much he trains and runs so that's my inspiration 3x a week to go run/ walk my 3.5 miles, in half mile increments, at this point.

🏁 And I now talked myself into doing a 5K in Arvada this coming weekend. Something I said I would never do. "Running sucks, I'd never even do a 5K..."
