So freaking proud of this guy right here. Only 2 months of training in and we're breaking deadlift PRs, squat PRs and the main reason he came to me. Breaking Bench PRs!!! Amazing Amazing progress!!! But strength isn't the only thing we're doing, Body fat is continually dropping and muscle mass continues to go up.

Just goes to show what hard work does. Great Job Miguel, can't wait to see where you progress to in the next coming months.👊💪

Very very proud of this guy here!!
He's been putting work in day in and day out. Regardless ofnthe crazy things I put him thru he did them anyway and look at the results!!
And yes, his form is perfect here but sometimes you just gotta see if all the hard work you've been doing is really paying off. Well here the proof, it is!!

Wasn't planning on lifting yesterday but my client was inspiring me then these strong guys started and I just couldn't help myself.
Yes, I was not able to get the lift up. My was too focused on the loose belt and it threw off a bit. Plus the fact my grip was giving out.
But the thing to take away is man im so close!!!! Little more time and training and ill make that 455lbs my bitch!!!

Want to give a huge shout to this guy!!!!
Over a year ago he could even deadlift let alone lift 70lbs.
Now look at him, deadlifting 335 MFERING POUNDS!!!!! it's been a great honor to train you and though we still have a lot of work to I can't wait to there!!!!

Just want to take a moment and Spot light this SUPER MOMMA!!!
Day in and day out she puts in work. full time job plus 3 kids and back injuries!!! She doesn't let that stop her though. So proud of how far she has come!!!👏🎉🎊 Can't wait to see what happens in the time to come!!!
