An Exciting New Chapter Begins!

I am honored to share that Metaphysical Pilates is now an official STOTT PILATES® Academy Partner and is currently the only active STOTT PILATES Academy Partner in the Chicago metropolitan area.

This partnership represents far more than a milestone for our studio—it reflects a commitment to advancing the quality of Pilates education in our community.

For years, Metaphysical Pilates has been dedicated to helping individuals move with greater strength, awareness, and purpose. Today, that mission expands beyond teaching clients to educating the next generation of Pilates professionals.

Over the coming months, we will begin offering internationally recognized STOTT PILATES® instructor education, including:
