For over 20 years, I worked in an auto body shop doing collision repair. I remember as a teenager being introduced to paintless dent repair also known as PDR, and even then it intrigued me. After many years of doing body work and painting, I finally decided to take the skills I’d learned and branch out into this different unconventional way of fixing dents. Small but mighty…this dent may look like no big deal to repair, but being on a body line on an aluminum panel and behind a brace certainly made this dent a challenge! Barton carefully (over several hours) worked the metal back into shape in the customer’s garage allowing this Bronco to keep its original paint so that a visit to a body shop wasn’t necessary. No painting, no body fillers, no Carfax report nor was there diminished value of the vehicle…just all the right PDR tools, patience, and skill.

Here's a little secret...backing into trees is one of the most common things that causes dents around these parts! This video's a little different from our usual ones because we show how the metal looks during a repair. And it's NOT pretty!

There's a lot of metal work that goes into PDR using special tools and techniques that don't come in an Amazon DIY dent repair kit! 😳 If you've seen Barton in action, then you know what we're talking about.

Back in the day...like 6 years ago when these photos were taken...I (Ashley) would get to meet so many of our customers in person! I'd swing by for a little bit and capture Barton in dent repair action and say hello to our customers that I'd only spoken to over the phone.

As our business and territory have grown, I sadly don't get to do that very often anymore. I try to be as available as possible to take phone calls and handle all the day to day stuff involved with running a business.

We've encountered some of the nicest people over the years, and even though I may not get to meet you face to face...I love getting to know you even if it's just on a 5-10 minute phone call in your time of distress...(backing into something or having someone ding your door in a parking lot can certainly be stressful).

WhiIe I may not get to come to your house and say hi in person, just know...I love taking your calls, texts and emails, I love working out all the details in between your first phone call and your appointment, and I love hearing from you again the next time your vehicle's had an oopsie!🚗

A Nissan Frontier (work truck) was backed into and was left with quite a large dent! When you’re reliant on your vehicle for your livelihood, being without it for any length of time can be costly and quite a challenge. Thankfully, this customer reached out to us to see if we could help with Paintless Dent Removal.

Barton went to his home, and made this repair in a matter of hours, and the truck was back in business!

PDR is a fantastic method for removing dents in many situations. There was only a little paint chip near the tail light from the accident, but other than that, the paint was in great shape. There was no reason to repaint the whole bedside because of just a little chip.

Doing your homework before you hire someone to work on your dent is super important if you're looking for the right PDR technician. We provide high quality videos of our work so that you can see the dents from multiple angles before and after we repair them...not just photos.

When we ask you to send us a video of your damage, it helps to see it from as many angles as possible in order to best assess things. So why wouldn't we show our work from different angles as well? Well we do. Our YouTube channel has quite a few videos of our work.

Gotta watch out for those yellow posts...they'll jump out and hit your vehicle, and it's not pretty! Well...they don't actually jump, but they do seem to come out of nowhere. 😳 And this customer is NOT the only one that this happened to. Were we able to save the fender with all those dents? Turn on the sound, and check it out!

Body line crease dent...Mercedes...those words should have nothing to do with each other...but in this case, for a short time, they did! Here's a sneak of Barton reversing time and allowing this Mercedes to no longer be associated with those terrible words! It looked like new when he was done.
