Pectus excavatum & lordosis improvements with 👊
Malik first began training with me in 2019, but very sporadically, sometimes not being able to train together for months at a time, at that time he was training boxing everyday and doing weight lifting routines mandated by his boxing coach. This was when we took his before pictures at 25 years old. In the last 10-12 months we have been training 2-3 times each week consistently, he has stopped all other forms of training outside of boxing. Before FP he experienced shortness of breath after intense training sessions and would experience numbness in his feet when doing leg based exercises, neither of those symptoms have popped up in the last 6 months. The numbness began after an operation he had in 2016 due to his instep on both feet collapsing causing his big toe joint to be pushed out of socket. He took a break from boxing after hurting his hand in his last fight 3 months ago, in that time he was only training FP and since returning 2 weeks ago he reported feeling significant improvements in his speed, power, cardio and reaction time while sparring.
