Nico and Matteo both have been getting up before school and doing Strength Training at 6am. This morning we did dumbbell burpees!!🔥

Takes a different type of discipline to get up early and work hard at a young age. They both are competitive wrestlers out of the East Brunswick Area. Looking forward to continue watching them grow.
